    Nolan Ryan focused nearly all his work on his legs. And I think most mlb pitchers would agree that your arms strength is generated primarily from your legs and core.

    You are correct sir.
    Here are some other examples of arm executed movements whose power orignates from your legs (and/or proper footwork) and core.
    -tennis/racketball/handball swing
    -volleyball serve/swing
    -punching
    -golf swing (more core than legs though)
    -basketball shot
    -baseball swing

    I would think that unless we run up the score on opponents, Vince won't see much playing time. The bottom line is winning the game, not giving back ups playing time.

    I don't think he's going to be our starter one day, I don't think he's going to be anyone's starter one day. Not only can he not play but he's apparently delusional about himself. I can't imagine anyone in the locker room still thinks of him as a leader.
