Avery Williamson?

anyone remember when Whisenhunt benched Woodyard that 1st year we signed him? Woodyard is a beast.

 

Someone else might be able to confirm, but does this mean we lined up 4-3 more than we did 3-4? (Nose tackles only playing a combined 34% of snaps).

I did notice 4-3 on a couple of occasions...

 

Woodyard in the 100% of the time, Brown got 53%

 

woodyard is obviously THE guy but brown is slowly stealing williamson's spot

 

Need to be thinking long term too -- Woodyard is getting old

 

It's quite odd, looking at the numbers there's a huge dropoff from Casey's snaps to Da'Quan then Klug. It looks like we lined up in nickel the majority of the game. Sly and Austin only getting 17 total snaps and Austin supposed to be a LE

 

This is typical in most games.

The Titans usually only use two, or even one, DL on a given play.

The whole "Starting lineup" and "3-4 defense" is misleading

The formation we use the most is 2-4-5

 

3-4 and 4-3 is so overrated, majority of team dont really even line up like that anymore

 

And people laughed at me for wanting Sean Spence to get more playing time at Williamson's expense. I'd still prefer Spence on this team, he knew the system and made more plays than Williamson.
