The thing that makes him more appealing to me is that article says that he's willing to re-work his deal to help the process along. A 4th would be ideal but he's definitely worth a 3rd.

I don't think we can do a 3rd. We need that for a C or G, or maybe more D-line depth.

That being said, Samuel would definitely be welcomed, in my book.
