    OK, I can understand your position. I've watched him at OR and I can tell you the leadership and drive is there. He's not a loud individual as in pound his chest and scream "look at me, look at me, I am so great!!!!" He's just raised as a humble person and that's what he is. Though you cannot "see" the leadership or drive through your TV, make no mistake its there. I think the bigger issue is Whiz holding him back and not allowing him to play the way he can. These short passes and no running is Whiz. At OR, he ran and threw deep balls a lot.
