The Jets haven't looked like playoff material. They may be close, but I don't think that they'll make it. The loss to us won't help them.

Its not a play, but rather a very clever formation where different plays are called....so they aren't "one-trick" ponies and that is the reason it is so effective, so many different looks can be given.

I would love to see us implore this formation sometime with CJ, Chris Henry and VY. I think Lendale wouldn't fit in this case. Imagine all that speed on the field ..... THAT would be a matchup nightmare for the defense. The play that comes to mind was yesterday when Brown handed off to Williams who in turn pitched it to Pennington who then throws to a wide open Cobbs. VY would have so many options to scramble ..... let alone CJ.

This formation is great for getting all your weapons on to the field in position to take advantage of the other team.

Maybe this is the offensive package for VY?:brow:

    Just a thought.

Heaven forbid a coach use trickery that works by design rather than simply working due to surprise. That's...coaching! :gasp:

Called a single-wing offense FYI (not to insult anyone, just in case you didn't know) Composed mostly of 2 TEs, 2 RBs, and a single receiver split wide, it was common long time ago but now that the wide receiver and pass game has evolved the way it has there is usually more receivers out wide. The Dolphins make it look good, and I think we could too, as someone mentioned earlier. With Scaife Crump CJ and CHenry and VY at QB we could probably run an option in the NFL...
