Ayers is the guy on the side that completely whiffs... no one touched him.

You're right. Regardless, Zach Calyton killed that play.

Ayers was one of the guys to stop MJD in the goal line defense in the second half, too. He's a rookie, there will be good and bad.

To me that looked to be on Ruud - he hesitated and then took the outside leaving the A gap wide open, and then got blocked out of the play. He got burned on 1 pass deep middle, too - but other than that Ruud looked decent.

I liked what I saw from Ayers. I thought McCourty struggled a bit - he had his moments and he usually has good position but fails to locate the ball. He looked to get burned on a couple posts... although it's very possible that his responsibility was the outside and Griffin was supposed to take the inside.

But that D line left a sick feeling in my stomach. No LB can fill the massive holes that line left open.

I thought Ayers was easily our best player on defense and Ruud was extremely disappointing. The DL indeed made me sick; I really hope getting Jones & Morgan back next week drastically changes that; and that hope is pretty realistic.

he can always go back to Africa. He hopefully made more impact there than he has so far in Tennessee. Really tired of these guys thinking they don't have too earn their pay days.

Just retire Morgan cause you obviously are not a professional as you place your personal projects above the team that pays for your personal projects.

Are you getting him mixed up with Myron Rolle, or have I missed some news?

Morgan went to Africa instead of rehabbing in the offseason.

Good for Africa I guess, but bad for the Titans
