I think McRath ran a 4.4? something ... not 100% sure though!
Dude he ran 4.8 and high 4.7's, that is extremely slow for an OLB. Unless were switching to the 3-4 then I don't get this pick at all.
It's cool, even though as of right now he is a nobody. I would have caught that if I wasn't drinking since the start if the draft.
4.69 and 4.71 is not high 4.7s.
It sounds like from Gray's interview we are going to run some 3 down linemen with Ayers either rushing or covering, so a hybrid 3-2-6 or a 3-3-5
Better than what Cecil did for us...eww
When I heard ESPN say he can play the pass and run I fell in love instantly. Not since Keith Bulluck and only Keith Bulluck (recently) have we had a LB who can play the pass.
I really liked the pick. It makes the most sense.
Looks like we have a playmaker that plays well at multiple positions which is something our front 7 definitely needs. Strong tackler and has a nose for the ball. And 40 times don't matter. Watch this video and see his football speed.
If this guy ever sees the field, we're screwed.
He's mad teams passed on him? He's lucky he went in the 2nd round. He's not worth it.
It's going to take more than a "chip" on his shoulder. He tackles like a little girl.
