    Sorry. Wasn't trying to be an :grrr::grrr::grrr:. I just wasn't entirely sure of where you were going with it. Misspelled uncapitalized words are one thing. Sentence structure to where I didn't know what the person was trying to say, is another.

    Now to the link. Where does the money go, that the companies pay the teams to put their logos on the uniforms? Since there is a salary cap, I don't think franchises could use that money to pay their players, could they?

    The salary cap isn't tied to owner revenue. It is a fixed amount.

    Actually, it's set every year based on the amount of revenue that the owners made the year before. So it could indirectly effect the salary cap in the long term, but it wouldn't change anything this year. It also would effect all teams equally, so if Dallas and Houston make a boatload of money off of practice jersey sponsors, the cap will increase for everyone, but not as much as the money that those teams made.

    Makes sense. Adult entertainment isn't near as offensive as Texans football anyway, so I don't see why anyone would mind.
