    people need a place to live until homes get built. That mayor will have a hard time getting re-elected BUT the real game afoot here - I guarantee you is that he is playing to his own real estate /development / local lobby card. What's good for the mayor...

    You'd think Alabama would be the perfect place for an armed civilian militia to defend themselves against government power.
