Peyton Manning stayed in school and so did Matt Lineart. I guess they are both working class heroes then?

Locker staying in school doesn't make a hill of beans difference to me if he can't play. I like his attitude but don't need a bunch of reasons at this point to convince me to like him since he is the Titan's pick. How he pans out will effect the franchise for the next 5-6 years. We were in exactly the same situation at the end of 2005, drafted Young and basically wasted 6 years (except for the one year Young didn't play and we had the best record in the AFC). On the positive side I do see Locker as the anti Young and expect him to give it everything he has. It is refreshing he isn't bringing in an entitlement attitude and simply loves football. I just hope that translates to results on the field.

What puts chills up my spine is hearing Billick say some of the same positives about Boller when the Raven's drafted him. He also had a great attitude, looked great on paper but it simply never translated. But at the same time bashing Locker now is pointless. He is our guy. If he ends up being another Boller we as Titan fans are screwed.

Jake Locker is no Kyle Boller okay. There's a major attitude difference noticeable immediately. Jake Locker is the kind of guy you could go into a dark alley with, Kyle Boller isn't. Kyle Boller was nothing more than a big arm.

Yea that's bad right there Geronimo, but have you seen the video where Boller is on a knee throwing past the endzone?

There is noting wrong with Boller's toughness or character. Cam Cameron said he was as hard of a worker as anyone he has worked with. He just isn't very good.

So he's a thug then? A violent thug? Maybe we could sign Mike Tyson and saved the draft pick.

Jimmy Clausen was involved in a fight. Our kind of QB?
