    He might go crazy and change it up this year and we might surprise. But then he'll go back to the usual.

    He needs to be gone. If he does well then that buys him another 2 seasons of crap and if not then he gets fired. Just fire him after the season, even with a winning record.

    Exactly...the man has had 17 years to "change it up". If he hasn't done it by now then he isn't going to. Plus I don't want a HC to only switch things up..and strive to make things better when his job is on the line.
