1-2 could easily be 3-0

never understood why so many people say that when they mean the opposite...same with "theres no love loss between them" between two teams that always hated eachother. where was the love to lose!!! if anything theres lots of love lost cuz they hate eachother!

 

I honestly don't look at preseason games like real contests. The only thing I take away from these games is the performances of individual players. Often a team will run a HB sweep toward a stacked defensive side. Not to see if the play will work, but simply to see if an individual guard is fast enough to pull and be a lead blocker. So to the lament eye it's a terrible play, but they're not playing to win. They're playing to evaluate. The only real "dress rehearsal" in the preseason is the third game. And we looked very solid in pretty much all phases.
