1 over 2? I really dig the original but Judgement Day is one of the greatest action blockbusters of all-time.

There are just so many great movies I cant even begin to list a top 5.

I would say both Princess Bride and A Knight's Tale would be in it or close to it.
Shawshank Redemption would also be another either in it, or close to it.

True Romance is freaking incredible. There are so many scenes that are just over the top fantastic. The Drexel scene, when Slater comes and the Sicilian scene with Walken and Hopper as examples.

There's so many good ones out there but off the top of my head in no particular order:

    Saving Private Ryan
    Goodfellas
    Wolf on Wall Street
    Braveheart
    Training Day

These 3 for me could of easily been up there too.
    *The Departed
    *Backdraft
    *Blackhawk Down

Yes, it was the initial story and invitation to the war with machines that really caught my attention. I dig Judgement Day too, but it's always the first movie that sets the story. Predator is another movie that comes to mind. The follow up to that was pretty good too with Danny Glover, but it was the original that sticks the most.

I'm not sure where it would rank, but... Guardians of the Galaxy is probably the best movie-going experience I've had in a long time - if not period.

Here's why: I had zero expectations going in. I was actually going to see X-Men: DoFP, a safe bet, then saw another ad for Guardians on tv... realizing everytime I saw the trailer I liked it. I went to see GotG instead.

I had an absolute blast with that movie!

Aside from the theater being great, drink in hand... knowing nothing about that story... damn what a great time!
