Schwartz should be done here. Chow and Vince Young should spend all their off time working on Young's mechanics.

Extend and retain players deemed "core worthy" at favorable amounts while possible.

The Nashville papers will report regularly during the offseason that Vince has been working hard with the WRs on his passing and timing. He will improve by leaps and bounds. His offseason work ethic at Texas was well-known.

Well, drawing comparisons between us and the Texans is quite bad. We are a well respected team with a long illustrious history (as you know). We are well coached and generally well scouted. I just don't find the parallelisms to be of equal values here.

You can't compare a franchise that hasn't ever had a winning season to one who had the best record in the NFL over a 6 year span earlier this decade.
