Why can't holdouts train at training camp?

 

Union rules, or league rules, not sure which.

It may have to do with liability issues.

Would you want to go into camp without a contract, get an injury, and get cut without any means of getting paid?

 

You mean they are barred from working out because of liability issues?!

Funny, I didn't know it was a competition to see which team signs their picks first.

Guess the Titans are just taking time to make sure the contracts work better than the ones that lead us to Cap Hell.
