SUMMARY: With today marking the start of his third season, Vince Young is optimistic he's developed as a QB this offseason. "I’m just more mature, know what’s going on, reading the defense a little faster," said Young. "Coach [Jim] Schwartz has been trying to get the guys moving around to disguise the defense a little bit but Coach [Mike] Heimerdinger does a great job of helping me out with that pre-snap read and knowing where I need to go prior to the snap of the ball."
Young commented on the impact of working with offensive coordinator Mike Heimerdinger. "...he’s still the same coach, very aggressive. He wants to see us compete every play. Definitely a lot of reps."

Schwartz moving the D around trying to disguise what they're doing, while he doesn't do that in actual games.
