You think deep down Collins wants to lead our team?

I think he'll do whatever Fisher tells him. If Fisher lets him stay at starter and allows him lose the job first before VY plays again I could see him with a lot of confidence.

 

I dont think he has a problem with it, I dont think he has a problem sitting on the bench either

 

It kind of reminds me of "Any Given Sunday".

I think he's a great backup qb now. He is at a team where barring injury there is no chance of him being the starter. With that being said I definitely think he's capable of leading this team and if Vince is back to starting in a few weeks he will be perfectly content at sitting back on the bench.

 

If your competitive athlete, you want to play. I think when he got benched here he realized it's an easy pay day to backup. I don't think he realized that before playing here. He probably began to like it. And I think he would like to continue that role. That said, starting is the goal of every athlete, and that is why he came here in the first place.

Basically, these starts put that backup job in jeapardy tho'...or secure it for him. So this is big deal for Kerry heading into next season.
