I applaud their use of otherwise worthless bugs.. but no.

I've accidentally eaten a few ants in my life (on some Cheetos puffs) and that's enough bug eating for me, unless I'm somehow stranded, and that's all that's left.

I'm not offended by the cricket flour. I'd try some right now.
I'm sure the protein is thru the roof on these.
Just not quite ready for live crickets that pop when you bite em.

Ate a hot dog at the Full Moon tat show the other day which was certainly made from animal buttholes, peckers, testicles and brains.. It was delicious at the time..
But cricket flour seems less offensive..

Hey, cricket flour is sustainable. Why don't they make stuff out of termites, ants, and roaches while they're at it? No way they could possibly get those F'ers on the verge of extinction.

I'm no insect expert but crickets (and mealworms etc.) are probably not as destructive or disease prone as roaches and termites.

Our primate cousins have been dining on termites for a long time...

as long as you cook them, I'm sure they'd be ok to eat. If people are down to eat crickets, no reason to stop there. Destroy them!!!!

I would try the cricket flour also

In SciFi they have people feasting on fungi in the future. Apparently fungi can be made to taste however and texture range is large also.

I've eaten cooked grasshoppers and crickets. Live ones? Never.

Would I eat the flour? Most likely.

    Protein for muh gains

    They're nutty.
