With the 100th pick, the Titans select CB Elijah Molden

Excited to watch our secondary this year. Feels weird to even say that. Hopefully they don’t let me down

 

For real.
Jenkins, Farley, Fulton, Molden, Borders could be a scary good group

 

And if those guys all play to what we have seen, then Byard doesn't have to try and "take on" as much and perhaps he gets back to his pro-bowl form.

It's hard to not get too excited from what we have been seeing in the preseason games.

 

There will be some growing pains with the young group but could be a lot of exciting plays made as well.

 

We had a scary group last year. They just scared their own fans.

 

To me the hardest part is going to be deciding who to cut. Everyone who took the field looked pretty solid to me.

 

Seemed like we had more passes defended in two pre-season games than we had all last year. Come to think of it we had more QB pressures and sacks in two pre-season games than we had all of last year as well.

 

Would be nice to get to play those QBs in the regular season

 

Our defenders have had tight coverage more often than not so I'm not sure the QB is going to matter. Now better WRs might make a difference but it is still nice to see more tight man coverage and with the horses we have to rush the passer things are gong to be better.

 

Remember when Ryan mouton was supposed to be part of a good secondary too?
