Wind favors Steelers in third, Titans in fourth

The Titans hope to hold them off in the third quarter.</p> <p>Last week in Houston, Jeff Fisher didn't have the wind in the fourth quarter. Now he will. <a href="http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=9235" shape="rect" target="_new">Rob Bironas</a>, according to a friend at Titans Radio, hit from 60 yards out in pregame warm-ups with the wind at his back. Fisher passed on a 54- or 55-yard chance late in the first half.</p> <p>If he needs one like that at the end, at least he'll have Bironas facing the right direction.</p>
