    Agree but I'll bet there will be some loophole about this.

    A small market/unpopular team would get broke off. But the packers have been perennial SB favorites with Rodgers and GB being historically good and deemed title town, they have lots of fans so the NFL will make an exception.

    If this happened to Tennessee, Jax, TB, either LA or a slew of other generally unpopular teams, the NFL would just as happy see a star player go to NE, NY, or Dal I'm sure.
