That's exactly what Norm Chow did. At the end of Vince's rookie season, he was being praised. After the next season, he was shown the door.

But did Chow keep running plays designed around Vince his second season? Did defenses figure out Chow's game plan and Chow didn't have an answer for it and was justifiably dismissed? I can't remember.

I honestly just think he put him in because the game was out of reach and he didn't want Collins to get hurt. Collins was looking pretty flustered with the rush coming his way.

I doubt Fisher has any intention of benching KC for good at least until week 8.

    Probably both.

Teams began to figure out how to defense Young. Chow probably asked more of Young to compensate. Young didn't and Chow, IMO, became a scape goat.

But Chow also was far too predictable in what he did in the redzone which, to me, was another reason he was canned.

Dinger comes in and the Titans immediately become a top redzone scoring team. Funny (not) how now that isn't happening. Defenses adjust. What works one season doesn't the next and only the better minds in the league can adjust and remain as effective.

I thought it was pointless to put Vince in. The game was way out of hand and there was no way we were gonna comeback. The rest of the team like the O-line and the receivers I'm sure had let up at this point so why put Vince in and make him look bad like the rest of the team. I don't see how Vince could have done anything to make himself look good. Collins helped make the mess that day so let him finish it. If Vince is gonna play let him have a chance to play the entire game.

They put Vince in wth a totally different group that he plays with at practice, running the same whack plays and everyone is already down. He was doomed. And jeff knew that but wanted the paper to show vince o-3.

He didn't put Vince in to showcase his talent, he put Vince in like the Giants put David Carr in when they were up by like 30 to keep Eli from getting hurt or aggravating his ankle injury.

If I was VY I would of been pissed what you want me to go in for know he should of at least let him play the entire 4th. Also I read were Vy said he had no idea he was going in and that he basically runs the scout team at practice. Fish should of let KC finish the game he also need to let Vy take first team snaps and get into the game plan. After watching the game last night it confirm that we need a change of Coach. Did you guy's see the Dolphins I mean they brought in Pat white to run the Wild Cat Fish says he doesn't believe in that .:grrr:
