Ultimately, we beat ourselves in the end. In a ton of ways.

Everyone can take a little blame.

Defense was the strongest point. Can't expect them to play great in OT when they've been on the field the entire 2nd half.

this. Offensive playcalling was atrocious but the Texans also have better players and are a better team

Jake should have told Kenny that instead of the ball, he was going to throw him another DWI, then he would have caught it for sure...

They probably don't want to risk getting anyone hurt. Give the job to Reynaud. He's expendable type mentality? IDK. He doesn't seem to be up for the job though. I agree.

It has to be play calling if anything, it really was abysmal and predictable and I was waiting for the texans to blow this game open but our D did their best and helped us stay in the game. We beat ourselves and that is what drives me crazy! F***!!!!!

    Bullcrap!

They were on the field too long in the 2nd half because they could not get a stop to get off the field.

Why do people completely excuse the ole TD drive we gave up on the first possession of the game? Our defense started the game like a bunch of eunuchs!

Look at Houston's last 3 possessions. The easy TD drive and 2 point conversion to tie. Why did we let them run in the 2 point?

Then the final drive of the half again easy down the field and we had to rely on a third missed FG.

Then the drive to win the game. All we had to do was keep them out of the endzone on that first OT drive.

We gave up 30 points despite the fact they helped us with the missed 3 Fgs.

So giving up easy TDs on 2 drives was the fault of the offense?

All we had to do was stop them on a f*cking 2 point conversion!

So ignore spotting them 7 easy points at the beginning of the game?

Defense out played the offense. End of story.

The idea that the defense was tired from an oppressive number of plays is BULLCRAP!

The Texans ran a total of 56 plays. 11 of them in overtime. In regulation our defense was on the field for just 45 plays. Compare that to the 77 plays the Eagles had against the Redskins in week one.

45 plays is nothing for 4 quarters!
