Young was raw coming out and always a 3 year project, whether he pans out remains to be seen.

Plus, put the weapons Cutler has with young, and he would be a better QB.

Cutler was never going to be drafted by this franchise. Jeff Fisher has always wanted (and had) a QB who would fit into his "run first" (and often) offence.

Steve McNair and Vince Young have fit into his offence.

Everyone talks about Cutler's weapons. Who? The guys we didnt even know before they played with Cutler?

Brandon Marshall - Cutler made him.
Eddie Royal - Cutler's doing the same thing with him.

Give Vince those guys and everyone would cry about how we have no receivers.

104 catches don't come from bums.
