    Why not it isn't impossible to fathom. Mendenhall just did at 26 even if injuries played a huge part in his decline and probably decision.

    DRC was quick to recant the retirement talk thou, and he's good, no reason to walk away.

    He won't walk away, but I don't think Denver lets him walk - especially after losing Champ.

    I guess, but he did say if they won the Super Bowl, which they didn't, so he's back.

    What better time to retire than a Champion. He's not a champ yet so he should come back and try again this year.
