What type of system does Ruston want???

After watching that video, I like Roman even more.

 

Webster was in on all the decisions that led to a run first offense. So I assume that's the way he wants it. I just hope they get someone who knows not to run CJ up the middle every 1st and 2nd down!

 

Funny how many coaches I "could live with" after the Munch experiment.

 

I would like to see a coach that likes an up tempo type of offense also... how many times did we see the Titans get in a hurry up situation and look great doing it? It happened early every game...but usually it was already too late.

However, the coaching 'pool' is pretty good this year. We certainly didn't miss anything by waiting a week. Outside of another in house hire, there are only two people I really do not want.

Roman is definitely starting to grow on me. He fits exactly what we're trying to do and has similar personnel in SF.
