    omg here we go again. Going nuts.. i feel like i cant breathe. What the hell is wrong with me why does this have to happen. jeeze i have problems. i feel like a jackass. someone talk to me lol

    Well wtf. I cant even lay down without sitting up really fast acting like I am dieing. Its retarded. I even laugh about how retarded Im acting but yet it is still there. It makes 0 sense. I tell myself outloud.. Ryan.. calm the f down. but nope. still going nuts. wow.

    I seriously am making myself think I am going to die. When I know damn well I am fine I am just tired. This is why I hate what I have. I turn little things into big things. I cant even believe I am able to type this.

    I also recommend listening to easy music, a pleasent female singer recommended. Also try stretching, sort of like a light workout, and it will help with your flexibility which is an added bonus.

    And if you just can't sleep, maybe quit fighting it. Turn on a night light and read a book for awhile. Give yourself some added knowledge, can't ever hurt.
