it's early. there could have been far worse bugs than what there has been so far. no complaints from me for a free game dropped on us out of nowhere lol

im liking it so far but it does seem pretty barebones atm

I know a lot of people complained but I really enjoyed Farcry 5

    I picked up New Dawn.

The antagonist arent nearly as fun (yet). Very familiar and it's neat seeing a town complete redone. I recognize a lot (I also beat Farcry 5, 3 times and was working on a 4th)

My wife doesnt recognize nearly as much.

Some familiar characters. I recognized the names right away but have to keep filling my wife in as we go.

    Storyline spoiler incoming:

I just got a quest to go ask Joseph Seed and the peggies for help

If you liked the first one, pretty safe to assume you will like the gameplay of New Dawn. The "bad guys" arent even remotely as interesting though (yet)

I'm taking a break from the main story in God of War to do the side quests. This is easily the most challenging and fun part of the game. Brings back some of the arcade feel from the first trilogy.

I still think Horizon is the best game on the console thus far.

I know a lot of people here liked Herizon Zero Dawn.

Playstation store is having a big sale so I picked up the expansion, Frozen Wilds. 8 bucks (not sure how much the full version was)

Immediately reminded me how good this game is. Cant wait for the next one. HZD is a really fun game so if you missed it, get it.

I finished Farcy New Dawn. I'm not sure I'd recommend it.

Yea. I'd wait for a sale. Its familiar so that was nice. The "bad girls" were overdone and kind of boring. The only time it was really fun to dislike then is when

Pretty big spoiler so skip it if you ever intend to play it

When they burned down New Eden.

    I also didnt like

    Major spoiler again

how Joseph Seed was confident he was going Gods work. Then at the end of this one, hes questioning everything. I mean damn man, he was right about everything in the first one. Now er went all "I'm a bad guy"

It seemed rushed and almost like they were only concerned about getting your 40 bucks.

Oh well. Days Gone coming soon and I'll be playing HZD until then

Cuphead is coming out for the Switch. There’s literally no reason to own an Xbox 1 now.

Switch is only good for Mario themed games like Mario party. Look into Google new game streaming service if they can pull it off it's a game changer.

That Google thing is going to fail hard.

"Up to 8K and 120 FPS."

Yeah, great. Too bad no one's internet connection will make that possible.

It seems like a good idea and very forward thinking, but it's way too ahead of its time.

Mario Party might be the worst non indie title for the switch, that’s a pretty bad example.
