So I got creative this morning and threw together some stuff I had in my fridge. I call it Chicken a la Kian. What you need: 1 boneless chicken breast 3 eggs 1/4 diced onion 1/2 a diced tomato Mozzarella cheese Jerk Chicken marinade Milk Tortillas Tapatio Grill up the chicken just before it is done pour in some jerk chicken marinade. Put in the eggs and a little milk. Scramble up the mixture. When the eggs are done add the tomato and onion. Cook for about 5 more minutes. Add the cheese and cook until the cheese melts. Warm up the tortilla and throw in the mixture. Add tapatio and you are done. I think it need a little something but it was pretty yummy. Feel free to post your own creations.
I've posted this somewhere else once, but, Fried Bologna Pizza. Get one of those pizza crusts they sell at any supermarket, spread a can of Ragu white cheesy pasta sauce over the crust, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over it next. Then fry some bologna with garlic powder sprinkled over both sides, cut it into triangles, and place it over the cheddar cheese and bake. It's good if you like fried bologna. That's the novelty of it.
Me likes some fried bologna....like fried hot dogs too! Of course, I like mayonnaise on my pork-n-beans too....
Here's an easy one - but damn delicious: Get a pack of chicken breast tenderloins.. Rinse and put in a plastic ziplock or tupperware. Drip a little bit of olive oil over them. Pour in one bottle Tiger Sauce and a half bottle of your favorite beer. Add garlic or garlic powder if you have it - too much is never enough Let it soak overnight. Grille on high - flipping once, only when each side has the right amount of char.. Chow the F down!
