Vanden Bosch Making Strides Towards Return

SUMMARY: Kyle Vanden Bosch worked with trainers yesterday showing more burst and movement than at any time since his groin surgery last month. "The thing I feel good about -- and it's hard to put a percentage about where I am -- but I am 100 percent pain free," Vanden Bosch said. "That is more than I've been able to say since the injury." Albert Haynesworth didn't practice but he did some running for the first time since suffering a knee injury in the Dec. 14 game at Houston. Both players have stated they plan to be ready for the Titans January 10 AFC Divisional Playoff game.
