She basically was determined to stay firm and strong with her decision and wasn't going to allow the fans to intimidate her from making it...Its a pride thing and she was strong...I guess...the fact that she wouldn't appear at the press conference could and probably suggests otherwise. The fans deserve an explanation on why you did what you did. They are the paying customer. And they don't deserve to be told by your right hand man that they have no reason to question the process that was used to hire these two gentlemen. Give them an explanation. Come out in front of camera and if give them a message on the state of your franchise. You can even control the message by allowing Mike Keith to conduct the interview. But give them an explanation and finally make it clear to everyone your team isn't for sale.

Yep. Underwood is a lunatic. I do not feel remotely better about ownership, underwood, mularkey, or 2016 season.

But they did TEN interviews combined. They literally spent DAYS on this. And besides, don't you know mularkey is a nice guy?

The team IS for sale. The price is the only uncertain. You don't hire on the cheap, be too lazy to conduct a HC search with due diligence, and piss off your fanbase (and fellow owners) unless your in it for the short term.

AAS has demonstrated as much or more incompetence as Tommy Smith. And she is far more insulting to the fans who have financially supported the product during extremely unrewarding years.

We haven't, and won't ever, hear from her directly because she simply is not passionate about the game of football. She's passionate about her assets, revenue and maintaining her way of life. And that's ok. It's just not something any of us non billionaires should financially support any further.

Id just like to see her one time so I can know if she has downs or what... Keeping Mike Mulareky on board lol.

I shouldn't laugh at handicapped people but damn that was bad.

Given that Amy and her crew completely fell on their face with the Whisenhut hire, you would hope she would learn from her mistakes and let the new GM make the hire. She is a controlling jack ass.

I look at it like this, if your trying to rebuild a team around your franchise QB, you sure as HELL don't poach coaches from the WORST team in the NFL. Then you factor in Mularkey's past experience and this hire makes even less since.

Clay Travis may be correct in that the Titans are the worst franchise in pro sports right now. The glimmer of hope comes from the fact that the Titans have a young promising QB & a young promising GM. Anything is possible but ownership has flat out dropped the ball this time.
