I just don't see how you could possibly argue against that. TO ranks near the top of the league every season... in dropped passes.

And even if he is the 4th greatest receiver of all time (which is probably accurate), that's one hell of a player to have on your team IMO.

 

TO is 2nd in receiving to Jerry Rice.

Thing is- TO seems to not be dropping off near as much as Randy is. So he'll pass him in pretty much everything that he hasn't. He's 2 TDs behind. He should get that by the end of this season.

TO actually runs routes, too.

 

anyone who thinks randy moss wont have an impact on a team that has never had a receiver anywhere near the talents of moss is retarded, plain and simple. even if he takes plays off, which im well aware that he does, he commands a double team or he will make you pay. no matter how good you think you are at couch coaching, it makes our team better. you can spout off all the bs u want about him not trying or bein a locker room cancer but this guy is dangerous no matter what.

 

Don't fully agree with assessment of Randy but the only thing working against you (maybe) is the age issue. TO is still able to tear it up but Randy is three years younger so it's possible Randy maintains/overtakes some of the records between the two.

 

Of all time doesnt matter, it's all about who's the greatest WR right now. and we dont have him.

 

Anyway you slice it, Moss is in the conversation as best WR ever. I'll take that.

 

In there prime, Randy was by far the better receiver. But TO has had the better career, his ability to keep himself in such great shape is impressive.
