Or the false start didn't happen before the 4th down conversion attempt, it would have been on the kicker to win that game.

Not an easy catch, but he did have both hands on it.

I suppose I could revise the list to eliminate the TE, but as I mentioned, #11 was Eddie George and I think 13 would have been CJ2K.
If that list wasn't pathetic enough as is, putting only WR would have only been more depressing.

Bright side, it really only takes 1-2 good years for any WR to make the list.

Oh I know how sad the list would be without TE's, thats why I shut my thread down when I looked it over lol

If we want to feel good we have had some great linemen lol

The QB list isn't good either.

OL has been the pride and joy of this establishment. Maybe the continuous rotation of DL especially when considering how many succeeded after leaving.

Maybe he meant that he would carry on the history of not obeying the law and getting into the legal troubles like Mason, DGB, and Britt.

I would have picked 2002, but instead chose 2018 solely based on what they *could* be.

Here's some more interestingly sad numbers that correlates with the lack of WR success.

The Titans have ranked 21 or lower every year dating back to 2005 in total passing yards with the exception of 2011 (Matt Hasselbeck) where they ranked 12th.

Since becoming the Titans, they have never reached 4K team passing yards. 2011 - 3923
    2003 - 3878
    Those are the closest calls.
More than half of the 20 years Titans have been around, they've been under 3500 (12 times) and 3 times under 3K.

In 2005, the Peyton Manning Rule took effect. That's where DB can no longer touch WR.
Before that point, Titans ranked 13, 16, 8, 20, 5, 10, and 9. League passing numbers were clearly not as high as after that point. Titans have not adapted well to the rule change.
    Since that point, Titans have ranked 30, 27, 27, 23, 25, 12, 22, 21, 22, 25, 25, 30.
Basically one more way the Peyton Manning F'd the Titans.

QB play clearly has just as much to do with the lack of WR success although I haven't seen any WR leave Tennessee and become successful afterwards outside of Mason who was really the only exception to being a "titans WR".
Britt may be the next most successful after leaving Tennessee.

2009 was the most talented, but the least productive. so probably '02
