Here's my projections:

Everyone says Seattle, Miami, St. Louis, or Tennessee. I don't think Seattle will, they have 3 young developing WRs, I doubt they'll take Moss (worried that he'll do what he did in Oakland). St. Louis needs WRs, but I also doubt it. They have a ton of your WRs and probably won't spend alot of $ on a guy who will probably be there only 1 year, rams should be getting AJ Green or a legit WR in the draft. Miami will take Shawne Merriman over Randy Moss. Tennessee gets Randy

 

Imagine when Britt comes back:

Moss - Britt - Nate - Gage - Williams - Mariani

that's a very talented WR core.

The dreams have wheels. Some of you are delusional to think this has ZERO chance at happening..

 

It has higher than 0% chance, but it's still extremely unlikely. Even if the Titans decide that they want Moss (and that's a huge if), some team ahead of the Titans will claim him.
