Titans Uniform Unveil

Time to move on... we're the Titans...good for the Adams family trying to create new identity
The Ravens did it...seems to have worked out ok for them

It was appropriate to do it in the early part of the move, not now

 

I mean, yeah...but we are the Tennessee Titans, not the oilers. Good to throw a wink in that direction every now and again to remember, but in no way should our uniforms or anything else show any sort of dedication to the oilers.

 

I honestly thought that’s why the red and grey would be kind of cool with the whole Greek thing. New, completely different from blue/the Oilers. My issue is, is that we really didn’t change it THAT much. I don’t mind the new unis at all, but we just basically added some gray and switched to navy as the dominant Home color. Still kept the symbol and white too.

 

I'm sure lots of Cleveland fans followed the team to Baltimore and maybe went back to Cleveland when the new Browns came in??

I know the Texans aren't the same thing because new name/identify etc but it does give people from Houston s team

The team is the Titans now, haven't been Oilers for 20 years..."Team Evolved" "Tradition Evolved"

 

Ravens also had no choice in that. Nothing of the Browns was allowed to be associated with the ravens. They were basically an expansion team as far as uniforms go.

 

As a Oiler fan, I really like they moved on from that to have their own look. The occasional throwback games are enough for me in the connection to the oilers.

 

Are the Chinese knockoffs available yet?
