The Texans decided not to give fans the chance to boo their team by not having any pre-game player introductions. That prevented an awkward situation. If Vince Young had been introduced, the cheers would have been embarrassing. If David Carr had been introduced, it might have gotten ugly.

 

Their situation is sad..
i'd hate to be a texans fan.

or a detroit lions fan either. (when was the last time they had a winning season? 1957?)

 

i thought they were 9-7 the year before marty morningweigh got the HC job there. maybe it was 7-9.
