Me too. I'd look for this to be settled, A-Mac clearly has a case.

Unless he had a career-ending injury, he has no case. Well, he does, just not anywhere near $20M. Maybe $500k.

True. But it's one thing to sue for something. It's another to be able to win (and even I'm stunned sometimes, so who knows).

I can sue someone for breathing my air, but my odds of winning are kinda slim...

 

He will be hard pressed to prove damages. He was listed as out with a "bruised knee" and he later played for an arena league team after he was dropped. He is just suing for a settlement amount. Probably worth no more than league minimum salary ~300K.
