Does that say when targeting TE's under 10 yards or just targeting TE's (in general)?

Making up stats? Have you seen how many missed down field he had? Have you watched us have to small ball? Btw, Mariota had only 13 TD’s with Walker (a tight end) and 11 last year without. Stats aren’t telling the whole story anyway....but think what you will.

 

We had to small ball because we couldn't protect the qb long enough to make many throws downfield. Even with max protect we had often had guys getting thru.

How many throws did he miss downfield versus how many were dropped? I mean, you don't end up with a 7.6 YPA if you're only throwing checkdowns and you don't end up with fd% being 12th on qb throws. So you're cherry picking TD's, but the facts of having a 68% completion rate with his YPA and FD% suggest what you're saying isn't correct.

Plus, I'm not the one making up stats.

It is absolutely amazing that the Titans went 9-7 last year with such a terrible line, horrible receivers, and a non-existent running game until December. You’d think Mariota carried the team. But he was awful, too. Man, if we could fix the offense, this team would be unstoppable.
