This is why pff is hard to take seriously. Our offensive line has been awful all year

 

We have allowed the 7th most sacks and average the 5th lowest YPA rushing. Not sure what they're grading on?

 

Agreed. Idk what they use to get these rankings, but us being a top 5 o line this year is laughable.

 

I have no idea but I’m assuming they don’t grade the o-line as a whole but the individual players.

So on a busted up run play that goes for a loss of yardage, where Jones and Kline get demolished and might get bad grades. Maybe Lewan and Spain and get good grades so it might even it out.

I think more and more people are realizing how much of a joke PFF can be at times.

Edit- Also, I’m not sure if they include TE, RB blocking. Those guys can miss an assignment or get beat on a play to negatively effect. So it might be hard trying to grade blocking on a specific play in general.
