Can't really compare the 2 outside of them playing the same position

 

thats really expensive for what he is

he better be cuttable after a year

Less than 6 million per year isn't expensive at all.

 

Anybody that is a Titans fan, knows we don't like spending a lot of money lol...The deal isn't crazy, I just think most of us worry about this guy and his production. Maybe they know something we don't...Time will tell I guess....

It's the going rate for a factory worker who is a liability against the run and the pass.

 

It may seem like a lot of money, but if we consider Hankins is still out there and nobody is interested in paying him his absurd demands of $8-10m per... this isn't too bad. Still hopeful that Austin has a big camp and gets the starting spot.

 

Id gladly pay the extra 2-4mil per for someone who isn't a liability against the run AND the pass lmao.

I read the deal is essentially 2 years for 11 million.

 

It is funny though, how some people would consider this "not expensive" yet 10-12/yr for a top FA is "overpaying" and "not worth it."

FWIW Indy signed Woods to 2-years, 5m total. I'm not convinced Williams is really much of an upgrade. We'll see.
