just because negativity exists doesnt mean one has to engage in it. we got a reliable slot WR for a good deal, we needed WRs badly and at least we got a good one, way more positives than negatives about this deal

 

Good signing. Not flashy at all, but he will replace matthews' production and hopefully be able to push our younger guys.

FTR I like the signing. I'm just saying it's a fair point to say that he had Evans and D-Jax in TB to alleviate A LOT of pressure/attention. And he's going from one of the most pass happy offenses in the league to arguably the worst passing offense in the league. I'm glad he's here and all but his numbers in TB are honestly irrelevant.

 

Humphries' ability to get open in the short / mid areas of the field helped Evans and Jackson stretch the field instead of being required to stay close in order to provide easy targets/1st downs. It works both ways.

If it truly came down to us and the Patriots, they must of really low balled him. Kinda surprised he chose the Titans

 

They don't pay anyone. Edelman wasn't making that much. I think that Gronk hardly was in his prime, if at all.
