Titans scenario for clinching playoff spot

The first press release from theÂ*NFL concerning playoff clinching scenario's was sent out Tuesday.

It concerns only Arizona and Tennessee.Â*

Titans fans, here it is exactly as the league puts it:

TENNESSEE TITANS

Tennessee clinches a playoff spot with:

TEN win + MIA loss or tie + BAL loss or tie + PIT loss.

So in addition to a Titans win over the Jets, you're pulling for a Miami loss or tie against New England, a Baltimore loss or tie against Philadlephia and a Pittsburgh loss to Cincinnati Thursday night.

Only that third outside element seems improbable. And who called the Bengals tying the Eagles last week?
