Titans Release OT David Stewart

Why? Yes, my wife liked the movie, but the dude hasn't panned out in the NFL.

 

Won't miss him. Thanks for a few good years. Nothing special.

 

He sure isn't getting much attention. He has positives including the fact that he never misses a game. But he's just not that good and the false starts... geez

 

He was an above average starter at RT before being moved to LT. Didn't work out well with him there. Since we only need a RT, it'll be a good fit and cheap. Gives us the ability to wait til rd 4/5 to draft another tackle

 

Any decent free agents we could get for cheap to replace him?

Why the hate? He was good for us for a long time. He dropped off the past couple years, but have some respect for what he's done for us.

 

I don't think it's hate. He's just really excited about the cap space lol.
