  1. Red Zone Scoring.

    21/47-Chow 05
    17/38-Chow 06
    20/52-Chow 07

That equals to about 42.3 percent in the red-zone. This how bad our redzone offense was when Chow was here. Kicking 8 field goals when you were in the redzone 9 times is a bad bad sign. This is the same people saying Kerry Collins is better than VY, but Kerry took us 9 times in the redzone and we scored 8 field goals.

    Red Zone Scoring under Mike

    29/45-Mike 04
    35/53-Mike 03
    33/53-Mike 02

That equals to about 64.2 percent in the red-zone.

In 07 we started out 6-2 in 03 we started out at 9-2 we could have done the same this year if not for the end-zone problems. Look back at the 03 season and you see why we went 9-2 and not 6-6. Scoring points in the red-zone. We scored more touchdowns than field goals.

Even in 04 when we went 5-11 we still scored more times in the redzone then we did this year and we went 10-6 this year.

Your preaching to the choir bro...hopefully Ding can make the changes and improve the offense so that Bironas will be kicking 5 extra points instead of 5 field goals.
