Yeah, but the point is you spin it to the right GM candidate and he takes over from there. Ownership is less of a question if they put the right guy in charge. I would re-hire Jeff Diamond and get a BA talent evaluator in place. Then hire a strong offensive coach who will meld well with MM8 and retain most of the defensive staff. Then let's fill holes equally with free agency and the draft.

I think they want a true majority owner, 51%+. I don't think the NFL likes the Titans having their own kind of Board of Directors to run the franchise.

 

Well then they should change their own requirements. What is the point of having requirements if you don't respect them.

The Green Bay Packers actually do have a board of directors running their franchise, and several other teams are divided the same way the Titans are.

Any legal cases would probably mean 1. we're selling, or 2. Amy or Buds grandson want more of the pie.
