J-Mac is an upgrade, it may not be the upgrade everyone wants, but he has playmaking ability.

I think he'll be very important in the redzone. Kind of like Crumpler.

    Don't panic, says the King!
Yes, Vince, The Marquess of Tennessee, did look awful and his young corps of ball catchers looked just as bad. But they are progressing through some new approaches to getting the ball down the field. Both The Marquess and company are still learning. It's not so much as having a #1, top-flight WR , it's about knowing where to be when and how to make adjustments when things don't work out as planned. It's about the QB making lightning fast decisions based on both sight and memory. He's got to SEE what is developing. He's got to REMEMBER where the receivers are supposed to be. And he has to remember what the particular receiver's tendencies are. That's why the magic works better with some than with others. The magic will come!

Give them some more time together and things will improve.

The King also says that The Hawk is doing excellently, just as he expected. Hawk has the drive, skills, and savvy to make a great catch-and-runner for the mighty TITANS. Keep up the fine work and you will be raised from your position of baron to the proud order of viscount! Thus sayeth the KING!

How is his motion fine? He throws off his back foot, inaccurate and late...more damage? How can you damage something this is shattered to the point of humiliation and shame?

    His arm looked good? When???
The problem was not getting the ball to the WRs and the WRs not catching it? Isn't that pretty important ???

    Ultimate WTF post nomination

His motion is fine. His mechanics are not. Plus, a lot of the throws he threw off of his back foot was because he had a huge rush in his face.

He showed good arm strength. If he had not been missing J-Mac for 2 weeks or so, he would have had the chemistry down, and he would have hit him on the deep route.

And Fisher seems to share my sentiments:
