    Well since assembling and managing the staff is his job, that pretty much leads right back to him being the problem.

    Its not about whether that was a good move or not. I'm saying players that he decides who makes his roster or not go through the same uncertainty on if their job is safe.

    Even though aas gave him a public endorsement, there was no contract extension. You wonder if she goes to jrob and asks if we are doing things the way NE does. She may only be concerned with butts in seats though.

    Would you have rather him have fired his staff after last season when the team dramatically improved? No and nobody was calling for the staff to be fired after last season. You are also certainly not going to fire them in the middle of a playoff run. Now that the season is over yes staff decisions need to be made.
