I would be all for some sort of blockbuster deal with the Eagles for the #2 pick, but we would have to get a HUGE haul for it. If you include players in the deal, that would keep them from having to give up too many draft picks. Moving to #20 is a big move down, so just off the top of my head this is what I'd ask for:

Eagles get: #2 overall pick in the 2015 draft so they can take Orgeon QB Marcus Mariota.

Titans get: #20, Eagles 2nd round pick in 2015, and their 1st round pick in 2016 and also Nick Foles, Jordan Matthews, and Fletcher Cox.

This works for both sides for a couple of reasons. The Eagles get their franchise QB that has run their system and does so to perfection. They limit future risk by only giving up 2 additional picks. The Titans get competition at the QB position, a big bodied WR they have been lacking, and help on the defensive line.

That might sound like a lot for Philly to give up, but when you're talking about QBs teams will overpay every time.

If the Eagles really are serious about some super trade up #2 to take Mariota, then I would like Foles to be a part of that deal ... but it would take a lot more than just Foles to make it happen.

    Swap 1sts + 2nd this year + 1st next year + 2nd next year + Nick Foles + Nate Allen

really doubt we have a ton of interest in Foles.

But if Philly really wanted the deal to happen maybe a 3 way trade might be the way to go that way we don't drop all the way to #20. Let the Rams get Foles and a draft pick and move back to #20 while we move to the Rams spot and get a 2nd from Philly and their 1st next yr. while the Eagles move to #2 to take Mariotta.

Or we could just take a ton of their players (basically just guessed what each player might bring in trade and converted to pts on the trade value chart to make it somewhat even at least)

    1) swap 1sts

    2) We get:

    2016 1st +

    G - Evan Matthews (3rd)
    C - Jason Kelce (4th)
    ILB - Mychal Kendricks (4th)
    TE - Brent Celek (4th)
    S - Nate Allen (4th)
    QB - Nick Foles (3rd)
    CB - Brandon Boykin (3rd)

Now we should have good competition/depth at QB. The OL should be improved for whoever is playing QB, and we fix the secondary and fill an ILB spot

This should turn us into contenders right away, and we still get an extra 1st next year to build for the future

I don't think they'd give up that many players. Foles, swap firsts, 2015 2nd, 2016 1st and 2nd should do it. I definitely wouldn't mind having Foles.

I don't think that's quite enough to get from the Titans side of things. When the Falcons moved up from 27 to 6 for Julio Jones, they gave up 5 picks: Swapped 1sts, 2nd & 4th year 1. 1st and 4th year 2. In your scenario we'd only be getting 4 picks, for a higher pick (2nd vs 6th) and I personally don't think Foles adds much to the trade honestly.

I think adding Jordan Matthews and/or Fletcher Cox would be a dynamite deal for the Titans, especially because we're moving down 18 spots.

These are some pipe dream trade scenarios lol.

Honestly, swap first this year, and then we get 2016 1st round and Nick Foles is honestly a good value trade. We could probably add some latter round picks to acquire as well. But the idea they are going to give us 6 players or multiple early picks is never going to happen.
