    I was convinced they would promote Kelly but I also thought they would promote Cowden. Hopefully this is a sign of willingness to change.

    The disrespect for Jimmy G is real from the Niners. I'd gladly try to lowball and trade for him. Obviously with drafting Lance and how Purdy is playing, Jimmy G's value isn't very high.

    I was kind of thinking the same thing.

    Stat wise, Jimmy has a pretty good win-loss, completion percentage etc etc... But he's played a full season 1 time in 9 years and the team that got him to be their starter wanted to dump him. He's had like 2 decent seasons in 9 years so it's hard to evaluate him, really.

    Agreed. Especially with a good OC. Tannehill was a great QB before Downing came along. A lot of people seem to forget that
