    SUMMARY: Fred Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew provide the one-two punch that the Titans’ defense has to look forward to in Sunday’s season opener at LP Field. "This is going to be a man’s game," Titans LB Keith Bulluck said. "You have to man up. It’s going to be one of the toughest games in the NFL on Sunday. We’ll be ready." Last year the Titans moved up 25 spots in run defense after finishing 30th in 2006. Now they think they can improve on their No. 5 ranking in both run defense and overall defense."Just about the entire defense is back," said Bulluck. "And everybody on this defense wants to be the best player at their position in the league, and that makes for good things. We know each other, and what we can do out there. We can stop the run around here."

    They murdered our defense last meeting. If I remember correctly that was the 1st of the 3 game losing streak without AH last year. It'll be interesting to see how we fair against they're rushing attack this year. If we can start out with a 1 yard stuff or a tackle for a loss and give them a 3rd and long to open up, we may be able to control the pace of the game and have a better jump on they're passing game as well.
